“NUPTIALIS” is a project by MASTORI*MOTWARY STUDIO, inspired by the marital ceremony and dressing procedure of a virgin bride, the feelings and her transformation from a flower (metaphor) to a woman. The meaning of fertility reincarnated in a bull’s head and it’s horns…
On June 24th. 2011 , Nuptialis was presented at the HASSELT MODE MUSEUM in BELGIUM as part of “PRINTS!” exhibition.
Nuptialis was originally designed to participate in Lydia Kamitsis “BEYOND DRESS CODES I” exhibition that was presented AT THE AMERICAN-HELLENIC UNION ATHENS on the 27th of September in 2010.
