The models are buoyant; just like the hyped Danish brand, which mark the focus of Munk Store’s new FW/13-lookbook. The book mixes the best looks from across the range of brand that the store carries: Wood Wood, Asger Juel Larsen, Libertine-Libertine and Won Hundred – mixed in with a bit of German sense of occasion hailing from Dudes Factory and Buffalo.
Munk Store’s new lookbook furthermore marks the incorporation of the stronger sex within the web store. In regarding the more feminine, you will be warmly welcomed by renowned brands such as Stine Goya, Tiger of Sweden and Asger Juel Larsen. They will be available for purchase during the autumn.
– Brands usually compose their own lookbooks, but in this instance we have been able to create and illustrate our own universe, without constricting ourselves to a single brand. The theme is ‘levitation’. It revolves around the notion of floating away and disregarding the bustle and strict deadlines of everyday life, says Steffen Førgaard, co-owner of Munk Store.
Munk Store has since 2011 been selling clothes with style. Not solely in the form of having trendsetting brands on the shelves, but equally in the philosophy lying behind the whole venture of Munkstore.dk and the physical store in Holstebro. It is about meeting the customer on the same level and openly inviting into the authentic universe surrounding the store.
