Dear iDEALS, as you may know, film has the capacity to make not just a star of its actresses, but a fashion icon too. Beautiful French actress Ludivine Sagnier pairs with Ali Mahdavi in his new, film-noir-inspired film, titled LE TAPIN DE NOEL, giving a different angle to what we all know as Christmas. Whether you're a cinephile or fashion fan,I am certain you will much ejoy this haunting yet glamorous film Ali has just sent me.

HOLOGRAM CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN A FILM BY ALI MAHDAVI STARRING DITA VON TEESE

Dear iDEALS, for once again, photographer and art director Ali Mahdavi teamed up with Dita Von Teese and worked on a video project, as part of Christian Louboutin's recent exhibition in London.

Certainly, this combination of names smells of luxury, glamor and sensuality. When one of the most talented photographers of his generation is responsible for the launch party of the Christian Louboutin exhibition at the Design Museum in London, the result is guaranteed to to be as superb as it sounds. The film focuses on Dita's beauty, her curves and amazing talent of expression using special effects that are particularly modest and heartfelt. Effective!

Specially made for Christian Louboutin's exhibit at London't Design Museum, this film featuring a spectacular Dita Von Teese hologram is directed by Ali Mahdavi.
