Dear Filep and iDEALS,
as London Fashion Week is looming over us, the city is getting prepared for five days of constant fashion: the invites, the outfits and of course the hair!
Chrysostomos Chamalidis (whose name is a mouthful to anyone in London!) is a hair-stylist with over 10 years of experience and a true master of his art. So far he has worked on set with celebrities such as Dustin Hoffman, international top salons and has styled numerous fashion editorials.
For LFW Chrysostomos is the Hair Styling Director of Bora Aksu where he will be creating a unique style for the SS13 fashion show and he will also be part of the creative team for Temperley London, Issa and Kinder Aggugini. So I could not wish for a better man to cut my hair just before all the street-style photographers start taking my (mostly awkward) picture.
Chrysostomos re-invented my outgrown and austere cut, he created movement by using the natural flow of my hair yet keeping with my androgynous style he did a sharp undercut that follows the back of my head diagonally creating sharp edges on one side and a softer flow on the other.
You can see some of Chrysostomos' work here and my previous catwalk report for Bora Aksu here
